Self Contained and self-catering accommodation

We also manage two well appointed self contained and private 3 bedroom holiday homes. Apartment 820 and Apartment 822

Although these Holiday houses are well appointed and ideal for family groups they have not been assessed under the Qualmark Scheme and are not operated under the Host Accommodation scheme.

Our houses are: close to the Airport close to the beach and fun-park within walking distance of Tahunanui's cafe's, bars and restaurants close to the golf course close to the New Zealand Wearable Arts Centre (WOW) just minutes from the centre of Nelson city.

Rates & Policies

Credit Card guarantees and Deposits:
On line reservations require a valid credit card number in order to guarantee the booking. A deposit of $100 is required (this is a non refundable administration charge.)

Full payment for the accommodation is expected on arrival.

Cancellation/refund policy:
Cancellations can be made up to seven days prior to the booked date. Thereafter the deposit will be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged.

Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations and online bookings.

The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

This is a smoke free property. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked inside or having soiled or damaged the property, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge any such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
