Arts Festival 2007

For over a decade the Nelson Arts Festival has entertained and entranced locals and visitors with a feast of theatre, dance, arts and sculpture. All this in a region famed for its sunshine, charming cityscape, boutique wineries, accessible hills, golden beaches and its creative craftspeople. A highlight this year is Corporacion Tango - direct from the milongas of Buenos Aires for a one off South Island performance - not to be missed by all lovers of the sexy, mysterious, fascinating dance that is the tango!
